Andrew A. Norden practices in the areas of commercial litigation, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death. Mr. Norden has successfully litigated numerous commercial matters for TKO's clients. Most recently he prevailed on an appeal in Florida's Fourth District Court of Appeal, overturning a trial court ruling that would have required the disclosure of personal financial information for the president of a corporation. He represents a variety of businesses ranging from closely held corporations up to corporations with hundreds of employees. Mr. Norden's brings significant experience to the personal injury department at TKO. His time as a defense attorney provided great insight into the claims handling process, defense strategies and the trial preparation process. Since joining the firm Mr. Norden has successfully represented numerous injured clients and the estates of persons killed due to the negligence of another. Along with two other members of TKO's litigation department, Mr. Norden helped obtain an $8,000,000.00 jury verdict against a well known insurance company for its failure to procure uninsured motorist coverage for a prominent attorney who was struck and killed by an uninsured motorist. Prior to joining TKO, Mr. Norden practiced in the fields of automobile negligence, wrongful death, commercial trucking, medical malpractice and litigated insurance coverage disputes for one of South Florida's most prominent insurance defense firms. Mr. Norden is admitted to the Florida Bar and a member of the American Bar Association, Broward County Bar Association and Broward County Trial Lawyers Association. He received a Bachelors Degree in International Business from Rollins College and a Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. While attending Rollins College, Mr. Norden interned at the Orange County Public Defenders Office.
