Richard M. Stoll concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, complex commercial litigation, probate litigation, general civil litigation and criminal defense. Mr. Stoll received a Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, from Cornell University in 1986 and his Juris Doctor, with honors, from The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law of Yeshiva University in 1989, where he served as a member of The Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal. Mr. Stoll began his career as a felony prosecutor with the New York County District Attorney's Office, followed by several years in his own legal practice, during which he was a frequent guest commentator on Court TV. Prior to joining our firm, Richard's practice included the representation of several large insurance companies, both large and small corporations in commercial disputes and corporate transactions, as well as numerous individuals in personal injury and probate litigation matters. Mr. Stoll is member of the Florida State Bar and the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida, as well as the Federal and State Bars of New York.
