Ruben E. Socarras, Jr. primarily focuses on the areas of commercial and general civil litigation, including actions involving business torts, contractual rights, fraud, as well as landlord-tenant, real estate, partnership/shareholder, and employment related disputes. Mr. Socarras also concentrates his practice in the area of catastrophic injury law.

Prior to joining TKO, Mr. Socarras practiced with a prominent AV rated defense firm handling a wide range of personal injury, wrongful death, insurance coverage disputes and general civil litigation matters. He gained extensive experience in the particular areas of automobile negligence, wrongful death, premises liability, negligent security, intentional torts, business torts, and condominium association disputes.

Mr. Socarras is a member of the Florida Bar, the Broward County Bar Association, American Bar Association and is admitted to practice with the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Socarras received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida and Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law.
