Chris brings over two decades of experience in government relations, legislative strategy, and political advocacy. He serves as a government affairs lawyer with TKO Law and Advocacy and has been repeatedly recognized as one of Utah Business Magazine’s Utah Legal Elites in Government Relations. Chris regularly represents clients before the Utah Legislature and is known for his deep understanding of the state’s political and regulatory landscape.

Chris brings over 26 years of experience representing business clients before the Utah Legislature. He leads a team of talented lawyers and policy experts who engage in all manner of legislative advocacy including bill analysis, policy strategy, legislative drafting, coalition-building, campaigning, fundraising, PAC administration, and direct lobbying. A frequent speaker across Utah, Chris helps business leaders and their teams better understand the legal and political issues shaping their industries.
Chris earned his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in 1995 and his Juris Doctor from the J. Reuben Clark Law School in 1998. He is admitted to practice in both Utah and California and is an active member of the American Bar Association and the American Society of Association Executives.
