Justin Yarn Allen is a Utah-based government affairs and public policy professional with broad experience across the federal, state, and local levels. He began his career in public service as a Congressional staffer for Congressman Rob Bishop, gaining firsthand exposure to the federal legislative process, constituent services, and policy development.
He later worked for the Republican Party, contributing to political strategy, grassroots engagement, and campaign operations. Justin then transitioned into policy advocacy and government relations, serving as Local Government Affairs Director for the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, where he represented housing and real estate interests before municipal governments and regulatory agencies.
Justin went on to join Statara as a data and campaign specialist, providing analytics, targeting, and strategic insights for political campaigns and issue‑advocacy organizations.
Most recently, he served as Government Affairs Director for State Affairs at the Utah Rental Housing Association, where he led statewide legislative strategy, worked closely with lawmakers and regulators, and advocated on housing policy, property rights, and regulatory issues affecting rental housing providers.
Throughout his career, Justin has built deep expertise in government relations, legislative advocacy, political strategy, data‑driven campaigning, and housing policy.
